Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness, recognizing each employeeâs valuable contribution.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, documenting as required.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient Care Plans and guides ancillary staff, maintaining professional standards.
Requires graduation from a recognized nursing program, NYS RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification.
Has 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication and organizational skills.
The role involves handling sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
