Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit provides compassionate, patient-centered care through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, using sound nursing judgment for management decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications and collaborates with the team to develop and implement care plans.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, 1-3 years of clinical RN experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
