The Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit works night shifts, providing compassionate care to patients, families, and colleagues.
Salary ranges from $72,072.00 to $74,229.26, with an hourly rate of $34.65 to $35.69.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound judgment for management.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering prescribed medications.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop and follow patient care plans, guiding ancillary staff and maintaining professional standards.
The role involves handling sensitive information per privacy laws and ensuring data security.
