Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit works night shifts, providing compassionate care to patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, tests, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs and responses, and applies sound nursing judgment for care management.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop care plans and guides ancillary staff while maintaining professional standards.
The role may involve handling sensitive information, requiring adherence to privacy and security protocols.
