Job Description
The clinical Nurse in the General Surgery/Trauma-B3 department provides compassionate patient care, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, using sound judgment for management decisions.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating to create a care plan.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains nursing standards.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Must have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The role involves adhering to privacy regulations and ensuring information security.
