Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs, responds to care requirements, and applies sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Demonstrates excellent communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills.
Ensures compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations regarding sensitive information.
