Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the General Surgery/Trauma-B3 department works night shifts, providing compassionate patient care.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, and performs treatments, procedures, and tests while documenting appropriately.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses, applying sound nursing judgment in care decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as prescribed.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop Plans of Care and guides ancillary staff.
Maintains professional standards and ensures confidentiality of sensitive information, following regulations and policies.
