Job Description
The clinical nurse in Inpatient Rehab provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound judgment in care management.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to create care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
The role may require access to sensitive information, with strict adherence to confidentiality policies.
