Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient conditions.
They assess patient needs, interpret diagnostic tests, and respond to emergencies.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains nursing standards.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The role may require access to sensitive information, with adherence to privacy and confidentiality policies.
