Job Description

The Clinical Nurse in Inpatient Rehab provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness, contributing to a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.

  • Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, and documents care according to policies and regulations.

  • Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and uses sound judgment in care management.

  • Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, administering prescribed medications.

  • Collaborates with the team to develop and follow a patient care plan, guiding ancillary staff and maintaining nursing standards.

  • Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), active NYS RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.

  • Minimum 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Position available for Day or Night shifts, with a salary range of $72,072.00 – $74,229.26, and hourly rates between $34.65 and $35.69.
