Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care, demonstrating kindness and active listening to patients, families, and colleagues.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents accordingly.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop individualized Plans of Care.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
The role may require access to sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality per regulations.
