This Clinical Nurse role in the Medical/Surgical Pulmonary Renal Hospitalist department involves providing compassionate patient care.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, documenting as required.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications and collaborates with the team to create and follow a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
The role requires adherence to privacy regulations, ensuring sensitive information is protected and access is limited to what is necessary.
