Job Description
The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate care environment by displaying kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
The role may involve handling sensitive information, with an emphasis on confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
