Job Description
The Medical/Surgical Hospitalist Night Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for patient management.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop and execute a Plan of Care.
Directs ancillary staff, maintains professional standards, and documents treatments in compliance with regulations.
