Job Description
The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment by providing patient-centered care and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents as per policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers prescribed and over-the-counter medications.
Collaborates with the team to develop a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
This role may require access to sensitive information, with a focus on confidentiality, need-to-know basis, and compliance with privacy regulations.
