Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Medical/Surgical Hospitalist department works night shifts, providing compassionate patient care.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, using sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop patient Care Plans and guides ancillary staff.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA and other regulations to protect sensitive information.
