The Clinical Nurse in the Medical/Surgical Hospitalist department provides compassionate patient care, demonstrating kindness and active listening.

Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, and performs treatments, procedures, and tests following regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans and guides ancillary staff, maintaining professional standards.
