Job Description
This Night Clinical Nurse role in the Medical/Surgical Hospitalist department involves providing compassionate patient care, implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assess and respond to patient needs, applying sound nursing judgment in care management.
Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborate with the team to develop care plans, and supervise ancillary staff.
Must hold a nursing diploma or degree, current NYS RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Require 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Adhere to confidentiality policies, including HIPAA regulations, to protect sensitive information.
