This Night shift Medical/Surgical Hospitalist role involves providing compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and documenting care.
Evaluate diagnostic tests, assess patient needs, and apply sound nursing judgment for care management.
Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administer medications, and collaborate with the team to develop Care Plans.
Guide ancillary staff and uphold professional nursing standards.
The role requires ensuring sensitive information is protected per HIPAA and applicable regulations, with access limited to necessary duties.
