Job Description
This role involves assessing, coordinating, and managing patient care throughout their hospital stay, focusing on progress toward discharge and transitions within the care episode.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments and procedures, interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing primary and emergency care.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop patient care plans, directs ancillary staff, and ensures high-quality, compassionate care.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required. Salary range is $72,072.00 – $74,229.26, with an hourly range of $34.65 – $35.69.
