This Night shift Clinical Nurse role in the Medical – Surgical C3E department involves providing compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments and tests, and documenting care according to regulations.
Assess and evaluate patient needs, interpret diagnostic tests, and make sound nursing judgments for both primary and emergency care.
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop care plans, direct ancillary staff, and maintain professional standards.
Salary range is $72,072.00 – $74,229.26 with an hourly rate of $34.65 – $35.69.
The role requires handling sensitive information securely, adhering to privacy laws like HIPAA, and ensuring information is accessed on a âneed to knowâ basis to protect patient confidentiality.
