Job Description
The Clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment by providing patient care, active listening, and kindness.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documentation.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the care team to develop a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains nursing standards.
The role may involve access to sensitive information, requiring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
