Job Description

The clinical Nurse in the Medical-Surgical department contributes to a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening.

  • Salary ranges from $72,072.00 to $74,229.26 annually, with CN II hourly pay between $34.65 and $35.69.

  • Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care according to regulations.

  • Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment for patient management.

  • Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborates on care plans, and guides ancillary staff.

  • Role may involve handling sensitive information, with adherence to privacy policies and regulations.
