Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, tests, and documents accordingly.

Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.

Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.

Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans and guides ancillary staff.

Ensures compliance with privacy and security policies regarding sensitive health information, using only what is necessary for job duties.
