Job Description
The clinical nurse in Labor & Delivery provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop care plans and guides ancillary personnel.
Requires a nursing diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree, valid RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Minimum of 1-3 years clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Position involves weekend and holiday shifts, with adherence to confidentiality and privacy regulations.
