Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting care.
Assesses and evaluates patient needs through diagnostic tests and clinical judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop individualized care plans.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Requires graduation from a recognized nursing program, current NYS RN license, and certification in BLS and ACLS.
Must have 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The position involves weekend and holiday shifts and requires adherence to confidentiality and privacy regulations.
