Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and documenting care, all in compliance with regulations.
Assesses and evaluates patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment in management decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Contributes to a caring environment through kindness and active listening, recognizing the value of each team member’s work.
This role may involve handling sensitive information, with access based on a âneed to knowâ basis to ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
