The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment by providing patient-centered care through kindness and active listening.

Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, and performs treatments and tests while documenting appropriately.

Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

Assesses patient needs, responses to care, and applies sound nursing judgment for management decisions.

Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.

Collaborates with the nursing team to develop patient care plans and guides ancillary staff while maintaining professional standards.

Ensures compliance with regulations, maintains confidentiality, and protects sensitive information per HIPAA and applicable laws.
