Job Description
The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment by providing patient-centered care, showing kindness, and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents accordingly.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to create and follow a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
The role requires adherence to privacy regulations, ensuring sensitive information is protected and access is limited to necessary personnel.
