Job Description
The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment by demonstrating kindness and active listening to patients, families, and colleagues.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents accordingly.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as ordered and collaborates with the team to develop a Plan of Care.
Directs ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
This role may involve access to sensitive information, requiring adherence to privacy regulations and confidentiality standards.
