Job Description
The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening, recognizing the value of each team member’s work.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, tests, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for management decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop patient care plans.
Directs ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
