The Clinical Nurse in the Neuro Progressive Care unit provides compassionate, patient-centered care, demonstrating kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, and performs treatments and tests following policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and execute individualized care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
The role requires adherence to confidentiality and privacy regulations, ensuring sensitive information is protected and used appropriately.
