Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Neuro Progressive Care unit provides compassionate patient care through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, procedures, and documents accordingly.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, using sound nursing judgment for management.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as prescribed and collaborates with the team to develop a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
The role may require access to sensitive information, with strict adherence to privacy regulations and confidentiality policies.
