Job Description

Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents accordingly.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Administers over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop a Plan of Care for each patient.
Guides ancillary personnel and maintains professional nursing standards.
The role involves handling sensitive information securely, respecting privacy regulations, and ensuring data protection.
