Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Neuro Progressive Care unit provides compassionate care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, and performing treatments and tests.
Assesses and evaluates patient conditions through diagnostic tests and responds appropriately.
Uses sound nursing judgment for care management and provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow a Plan of Care and guides ancillary staff.
Maintains professional standards, ensures patient safety, and adheres to regulatory policies.
This role requires access to sensitive information, with a focus on confidentiality and minimum necessary use.
Works night shift, with a salary range of $72,072.00 – $74,229.26.
