Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Neurosciences & Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) works night shifts, providing compassionate patient care.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
The role involves handling sensitive information with confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations.
