Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Neurosciences & Epilepsy Monitoring Unit provides compassionate, patient-centered care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses and evaluates patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to create a comprehensive Plan of Care.
Directs ancillary staff, maintains professional nursing standards, and documents all treatments in compliance with regulations.
Contributes to a caring environment through active listening and kindness, recognizing the value of each team member’s work.
This role may require access to sensitive information, with strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality policies.
