The Clinical Nurse in the Neurosciences & Epilepsy Monitoring Unit provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.

Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documentation.

Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for management decisions.

Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.

Collaborates with the team to develop and follow Plans of Care and guides ancillary staff.

Supports a professional nursing environment, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, including confidentiality and data protection.
