Job Description
The Medical/Surgical Cardiac Hospitalist role involves assessing, coordinating, and managing care for cardiac patients on a 29-bed unit, including telemetry monitoring for diverse diagnoses and ages.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and evaluating patient needs.
Provides primary and emergency care, collaborates with the team to develop care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Requires a registered nurse license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and relevant nursing experience.
Qualifications include a diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree in nursing and a commitment to ongoing education and quality improvement.
The position offers a day shift with a salary range of $76,396.32 to $126,730.61.
