Join the Critical Care Float Pool team and gain experience across diverse units including Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU.
Opportunity to develop skills in emergency and neuro-progressive care areas.
Work in all critical care areas of a Level I trauma center.
Contribute to a compassionate environment through active listening and kindness.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, and document care.
Assess patient needs, interpret diagnostic tests, and apply sound nursing judgment.
Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborate with the team to create and follow patient care plans.
Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
