Job Description
The Critical Care Float Pool offers RN opportunities in various ICU settings, including Neuro-Surgical Trauma, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, and Cardiovascular ICU, with additional competencies in Emergency and neuro-progressive care.
Work in a Level I trauma center, gaining diverse critical care skills.
Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing procedures, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assess patient needs, collaborate on care plans, and guide ancillary staff.
Require RN license, BLS, ACLS, with 1-3 years ICU/Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Position involves sensitive information handling following privacy regulations.
