Job Description
Join the Critical Care Float Pool team, providing advanced nursing care across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and progressive critical care units.
Gain experience in multiple high-acuity areas, with opportunities to develop skills in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care.
Perform patient assessments, administer medications, start IVs, interpret diagnostic tests, and collaborate on care plans.
Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program, hold a current RN license, and maintain BLS and ACLS certifications.
Require 1-3 years of ICU or Progressive Care experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Contribute to compassionate, patient-centered environment, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and protecting sensitive information.
