Job Description
The Critical Care Float Pool offers RNs the opportunity to gain experience across multiple units, including Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and progressive critical care units.
Work primarily during night shifts with a salary range of $72,072â$74,229.
Provide direct patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assess patient needs, collaborate on care plans, and ensure quality standards are met.
Must have a valid NYS RN license, 1-3 years of ICU or Progressive Care experience, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills are required.
This role involves maintaining patient and organizational confidentiality per HIPAA and other regulations.
