Job Description
Join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team offering opportunities to develop skills across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and progressive critical care units.
Work in all critical care areas at a Level I trauma center.
Gain additional competencies in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care.
Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient needs.
Collaborate with the team to create and execute care plans, direct ancillary staff, and maintain professional standards.
Require RN license, 1-3 years ICU or Progressive Care experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, and strong communication skills.
Salary ranges from $72,072 to $74,229.26, with an hourly rate of $34.65 to $35.69.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and privacy standards, including HIPAA regulations.
