Job Description
This Critical Care Float Pool RN position offers an opportunity to develop skills across multiple ICU areas including Neuro-Surgical Trauma, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, and Cardiovascular ICU.
Work in a Level I trauma center with a dynamic, highly skilled team.
Provide compassionate patient care, implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
Assess patient needs, collaborate on care plans, and direct ancillary staff.
Requirements include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of ICU or Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Role involves safeguarding sensitive information per HIPAA and state regulations.
