Join the Critical Care Float Pool team, working night shifts with a salary range of $72,072-$74,229.26 and hourly pay of $34.65-$35.69. This role offers opportunities to develop skills across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, Cardiovascular ICU, and progressive critical care units, with additional competencies in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care.
Provide direct patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting procedures.
Assess patient conditions through diagnostic tests, evaluate needs, and apply sound nursing judgment.
Collaborate with the team to create care plans, guide ancillary staff, and ensure professional standards.
Must have a valid NYS RN license, 1-3 years ICU or progressive care experience, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
This role requires adherence to confidentiality policies and regulatory standards.
