Join the Critical Care Float Pool as an RN, working night shifts in a Level I trauma center.

Gain experience across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, Cardiovascular ICU, and progressive critical care units.

Opportunities to develop skills in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care areas.

Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, and interpret diagnostic tests.

Assess patient needs, provide primary/emergency care, and collaborate on care plans.

Requires RN license, 1-3 years ICU/Progressive Care experience, BLS/ACLS certification, strong communication, and organizational skills.

Contributes to a compassionate environment, ensuring quality and safety in patient care.

Salary ranges from $72,072 to $74,229.26, with an hourly rate of $34.65 – $35.69.
