Join the Critical Care Float Pool to gain experience in Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU, with opportunities to develop skills in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care.
Work in a Level I trauma center on night shifts, earning $72,072 – $74,229.
Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assess patient needs, apply sound nursing judgment, and collaborate on care plans.
Qualifications include RN license, 1-3 years Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience, BLS and ACLS certification, and strong communication skills.
