Join the Critical Care Float Pool team, working night shifts in a Level I trauma center.

Gain experience across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU.

Opportunities to develop skills in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care.

Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, and interpret diagnostic tests.

Assess patient needs, provide primary/emergency care, and collaborate on care plans.

Qualifications include RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, 1-3 years clinical experience, and strong communication skills.

Must adhere to confidentiality and information security standards.
