Job Description
Join the Critical Care Float Pool to gain experience in Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU, with opportunities to develop skills in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care areas.
Work night shifts at a Level I trauma center in a dynamic, highly skilled team.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, and interpret diagnostic tests.
Assess patient needs, provide primary and emergency care, and collaborate on care plans.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, with 1-3 years of Med-Surg or progressive care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
